The “Yuva Srujan Puraskar” is designed by the Directorate of Art and Culture, Goa, to honour young individuals who have excelled in the field of Art and Culture.

Eligibility

• Individual artists aged between 25 and 40 years (5-year relaxation possible in exceptional cases).
• Extraordinary contribution to Art and Culture.
• Minimum 5 years of practice as an artist in Goa.
• No posthumous awards, unless death occurs after recommendation.

Application Process

Offline:

• Step 1: Visit the Directorate of Art & Culture, Panaji.
• Step 2: Obtain or print the proforma application form.
• Step 3: Fill fields, paste a signed photo, and attach documents.
• Step 4: Submit to ACO-III, Directorate of Art & Culture within 30 days of the newspaper advertisement.

• Recommendation Letter.
• ID Proof of Recommender.
• Birth/Age Proof and Biodata of the recommendee.
• Passport size photograph.
• Photographs of performance/contribution.
• Aadhaar Card and 1st page of Bank Passbook.
