The “Young Achievers Awards” recognizes young talented artistes who contribute to the development of Tiatr, song, and music. The awards are presented annually on 16th November.

Benefits

• Award: Consists of a memento, a Citation, and a Cash Burse.
• Ceremony: Honour function held on the birth anniversary of Regina Fernandes.
• Frequency: Given to one male and one female artiste every year.

Eligibility

• Age: Not more than 35 years (relaxation possible for health reasons).
• Experience: At least 10 years in the field of Tiatr.
• Performance: Must have performed in at least 15 Tiatrs.
• Fields: Acting, script writing, direction, singing, lyrics, set design, etc.

Selection Criteria

• Awards won, innovations on stage, recordings (CD/Radio/TV), and overall contribution.
• For writers/directors: At least 7 Tiatrs.

Application Process

Offline:

• Step 1: Visit Tiatr Academy of Goa to obtain the application form.
• Step 2: Fill in nominee and recommender details; attach self-attested documents.
• Step 3: Both applicant and recommender must sign and submit the form.

Documents Required

• Aadhaar Card.
• Proof of Age (Birth Certificate/Passport/Driving License).
• Photo Identity.
• Proof of contribution for the last five years.
• Aadhaar Card of the Recommender.
