Application Process

Offline/Online

Applications can be made to the District/State Legal Services Authority or via the NALSA website. For interim relief, police must share FIR copies with the authorities. Victims can also seek free legal help from panel lawyers or paralegal volunteers.

  • Aadhaar Card and Copy of FIR.
  • Medical Certificate and Charge Sheet.
  • Court orders (if case is pending or disposed).
  • Bills/receipts of treatment and proof of financial loss.
