Eligibility

• Journalist in a registered daily/weekly newspaper or recognized electronic media in English, Konkani, or Marathi.
• Work must have been published in the previous calendar year.
• Nominations must be sponsored by the Editor.

Application Process

Offline

• Editors submit sponsored nominations with relevant clippings to the Director of Information & Publicity.
• A panel of judges evaluates submissions based on objectivity and authenticity.
