Benefits

• Fish Sellers: 50L box; 75% subsidy (max ₹ 1,500/-).
• Canoe Owners: 100L and 220L boxes; 75% subsidy (max ₹ 7,000/-).
• Mechanized Vessel Owners: 220L and 400L boxes; 75% subsidy (max ₹ 15,000/-).

Eligibility

• Fishermen engaged in marketing, sea fishing with canoe, or mechanized vessels (up to 6-cylinder).

Application Process

Offline

• Step 1: Submit prescribed form at Department of Fisheries, Panaji or BDO offices.
• Step 2: Attach copies of Aadhaar and vessel registration.

Documents Required

• Aadhaar Card.
• For Vessels/Canoes: Vessel Registration Certificate (VRC), Fishing License, and Net License.
• For Fish Sellers: Certificate from Panchayat/Municipality confirming retail activity.
