Eligibility
- Goan artist (10-year residency) who has received awards such as: Sahitya Akademi, Sangeet Natak Akademi, Lalit Kala Akademi, Padma Awards (Art/Culture), Dnyanpeeth, Saraswati Sanman, or Fellowship.
- Benefit is given only once per artist.
Exclusion
- Posthumous awards or translations are not considered.
Application Process
Offline
- Step 1: Obtain proforma from Directorate of Art & Culture, Panaji.
- Step 2: Submit filled form with proof of award and residence certificate.
Documents Required
- Residency Certificate (10 years+ in Goa).
- Proof of National Award receipt.
- Photograph and bank details.
