Benefits

Under this scheme, each ration card holder receives 7.50 kg of rice per month at the rate of ₹11/- per kg.

Eligibility

  • The applicant must be a resident of Uttarakhand.
  • The annual family income of the applicant should be ₹5 lakh or less.

Application Process

Offline

Applicant must collect the application form from the Gram Panchayat Development Officer or Supply Inspector. Submit the form with Aadhaar cards, photos, bank details, and income certificate to the concerned office. In rural areas, the GPDO recommends the name; in urban areas, the department conducts an investigation. The digitized ration card can be obtained within ten days from the District Supply Office.

Holders must inform the DSO if income increases beyond limits. The department conducts periodic inspections and cancels cards based on ineligibility reports.
