Benefits

• Startups can avail this once.
• Incubators/Accelerators can avail after 3 years of successful operation.
• Capped at 100 startups per year.

Eligibility

• Certified startups or enlisted incubators/accelerators in Goa.
• Directors’ bank accounts must be Aadhaar-linked.
• Only digital payments for stamp duty are eligible.

Application Process

Online/Offline

• Apply through Goa Startup Mission portal or email spc-dit.goa@gov.in.
• Apply within 6 months of expenditure.

Documents Required

• Copy of Transaction Deed.
• Original Proof of Payment of Stamp Duty.
• MoU (for Incubators) or Startup Certificate Number.
