Benefits
- Grant of up to ₹ 5,00,000 or 80% of expenditure, whichever is less.
- If suo-moto identified by the Directorate, the grant can be up to 100% of expenditure (max ₹ 5,00,000).
Eligibility
- Individual, cultural group, organization, or institution (registered or unregistered).
- Must have experience in organizing cultural events.
- Must not be a defaulter for previous Utilization Certificates.
- Preference for registered institutions.
Application Process
Offline
- Step 1: Obtain form from Directorate of Art & Culture, Panaji.
- Step 2: Fill mandatory fields and attach notarized affidavit.
- Step 3: Submit to the Director or ACO-II.

- Registration Certificate (if applicable).
- Detailed Estimated Expenditure.
- Affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper.
- Programme details (artists and performing groups).
- Bank Details (Nationalized/Scheduled Bank) with cancelled cheque.
- Aadhar Card (for individuals).
- Previous Audited Utilization Certificates (if applicable).
