Description

This scheme provides financial support to NGOs, groups, and individuals to conduct cultural events, camps, and workshops, aiming to develop talent among young Goan artists.

Benefits

• Grant of up to ₹ 5,00,000 or 80% of expenditure, whichever is less.
• If suo-moto identified by the Directorate, the grant can be up to 100% of expenditure (max ₹ 5,00,000).

Eligibility

• Individual, cultural group, organization, or institution (registered or unregistered).
• Must have experience in organizing cultural events.
• Must not be a defaulter for previous Utilization Certificates.
• Preference for registered institutions.

Application Process

Offline

• Step 1: Obtain form from Directorate of Art & Culture, Panaji.
• Step 2: Fill mandatory fields and attach notarized affidavit.
• Step 3: Submit to the Director or ACO-II.

Documents Required

• Registration Certificate (if applicable).
• Detailed Estimated Expenditure.
• Affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper.
• Programme details (artists and performing groups).
• Bank Details (Nationalized/Scheduled Bank) with cancelled cheque.
• Aadhar Card (for individuals).
• Previous Audited Utilization Certificates (if applicable).
