This scheme aims to support institutions and individuals involved in long-term projects that contribute significantly to the Art and Culture of Goa.

Benefits

  • Financial grant up to 80% of total project expenditure.
  • Maximum ceiling of ₹5,00,000/- per annum.
  • Support for scholarships and training guidance outside the state.
  • Disbursed via cheque after government approval.

Eligibility

For Institutions:

  • Registered under Society’s Registration Act, 1860 or Indian Trust Act.
  • Involved in a long-term project in Art and Culture.

For Individuals:

  • Must be from the Goan community and a resident of 15+ years.
  • Must have contributed at least 15 years to the relevant field.
  • Involved in a long-term project in Art and Culture.

Application Process

Offline

  • Step 1: Submit a written application along with a Detailed Project Report (DPR).
  • Step 2-3: A Sub-Committee reviews applications and recommends names and amounts for Government approval.
  • Step 4: Once approved, the Director of Art and Culture disburses the grant via cheque.

Documents Required

From Institutions:

  • Constitution/Bye Laws/Rules and Regulations.
  • Registration Certificate.
  • Audited statements for the last 3 years.
  • Detailed Project Report (DPR).

From Individuals:

  • Residence Certificate (15+ years).
  • Report of 15-year contribution to the field.
  • Detailed Project Report (DPR).
