This scheme aims to support institutions and individuals involved in long-term projects that contribute significantly to the Art and Culture of Goa.
Benefits
- Financial grant up to 80% of total project expenditure.
- Maximum ceiling of ₹5,00,000/- per annum.
- Support for scholarships and training guidance outside the state.
- Disbursed via cheque after government approval.
Eligibility
For Institutions:
- Registered under Society’s Registration Act, 1860 or Indian Trust Act.
- Involved in a long-term project in Art and Culture.
For Individuals:
- Must be from the Goan community and a resident of 15+ years.
- Must have contributed at least 15 years to the relevant field.
- Involved in a long-term project in Art and Culture.
Application Process
Offline
- Step 1: Submit a written application along with a Detailed Project Report (DPR).
- Step 2-3: A Sub-Committee reviews applications and recommends names and amounts for Government approval.
- Step 4: Once approved, the Director of Art and Culture disburses the grant via cheque.

- Constitution/Bye Laws/Rules and Regulations.
- Registration Certificate.
- Audited statements for the last 3 years.
- Detailed Project Report (DPR).
From Individuals:
- Residence Certificate (15+ years).
- Report of 15-year contribution to the field.
