Application Process

Offline

  • Step 1: Visit the Social Welfare Department Office/Sub-Office and request the form.
  • Step 2: Fill the form and attach documents.
  • Step 3: Submit to the relevant Deputy Director or Welfare Officer in Puducherry, Karaikal, Mahe, or Yanam.
  • Step 4: Obtain an acknowledgment receipt.
