Eligibility
- Must have shown exceptional courage in aiding victims of violence, attack, or harassment against women and girls.
- Open to all (Police, Doctors, Social Workers, Drivers, etc.).
- Must be a resident of Goa for 5 years or worked in Goa for 2 years.
- Age: Above 25 years as of 1st January.
- Must not have received another award in the same field during the same year.

Offline:
- Step 1: Fill the prescribed application form and attach documents.
- Step 2: Submit to the Directorate of Women & Child Development, Panaji.
- Step 3: Collect the acknowledgement receipt.
