Announced on 20th August 2021, this scheme provides financial aid to meritorious students of Rajasthan to study in the top 150 QS World Universities. It aims to provide international exposure and prioritizes low-income families and female students.

Benefits

• E1 (Income < 8 Lakh): Tuition/Bench fees (Max 50L), Living Expenses (12L), Advance (3L).
• E2 (Income 8-25 Lakh): Tuition/Bench fees (Max 50L), Living Expenses (6L).
• E3 (Income > 25 Lakh): Tuition/Bench fees (Max 50L), No living expenses.

Note: 30% of seats are earmarked for female students.

Eligibility

• Bonafide Resident of Rajasthan.
• Age under 35 years as of 1st July 2023.
• Offer letter from top 150 QS ranked Universities.
• UG, PG, PhD, and Post Doc courses in all disciplines.
• Max 7.5% seats for Engineering, Architecture, Medical, Dentistry at UG level.

• Login to RajSSO and select the scheme name.
• Fill personal and bank details.
• Upload Domicile, Admission Letter, and Fee details.
• Submit to receive a unique Application ID.

Documents Required

• Jan Aadhar and Aadhar Number.
• Offer letter from foreign university.
• Domicile certificate.
• Income certificate / ITR proof / Affidavit for not filing ITR.
• 10th mark sheet and qualifying degree certificates.
• Passport and Visa (if available).
