- Not a government servant or pensioner.

- Step 1-3: Create a profile on Samagra portal, verify via OTP and Aadhaar e-KYC.
- Step 4-6: Fill the online form, select truck model from authorized list, and submit.
- Fee: ₹100/- for affidavit on stamp paper.
- Selection: If multiple applications exist for one area, selection is via lottery.
