Labor Department of Chhattisgarh State started this scheme “Mukhyamantri Nirmaan Shramik Dirghayu Sahayata Yojana” for Building and other construction worker on 11 January 2012. The main objective of the scheme to provides financial assistance medical treatment and medical equipment.
Benefits
Accidental medical treatment:
Registered workers will be eligible for a one-time payment of up to ₹20,000/- for medical treatment due to an accident.
Additionally, they will be eligible for ₹1,000/- for a vision aid (glasses), ₹5,000/- for artificial teeth, and ₹6,000/- for a hearing aid.
If a worker is hospitalized for more than 15 days, they will be eligible for reimbursement of wages for 15 days at the rate of the minimum wage declared for that period.
Serious illness:
Registered workers who have been registered for at least three years will be eligible for a one-time payment of up to ₹20,000/- if they suffer from a serious illness.
Eligibility
Applicant must be registered with labor board.
Applicant age must be between 18 to 60 years.

Click next.
Select your district name and provide old/new registration number and click next.
Select the scheme name.
Fill out the online with required details.
Submit.

Bank passbook photocopies.
Certificate attested by employer.
