The Mukhya Mantri Krishak Udyami Yojana by the MSME Department, Madhya Pradesh provides loans up to ₹50,000 to ₹10,00,000 for financial assistance to the sons and daughters of farmers to establish their businesses and become self-reliant.

Benefits

For projects ₹10 lakh or more:

• Margin Money: 15% (General, Max ₹12,00,000) or 20% (BPL, Max ₹18,00,000).
• Interest Subsidy: 5% male / 6% women for 7 years (Max ₹5,00,000/year).

For projects less than ₹10 lakh:

• Margin Money: 15% (General, Max ₹1,00,000) or 30% (SC/ST/BPL/Minorities, Max ₹2,00,000).
• Interest Subsidy: 5% male / 6% women for 7 years (Max ₹25,000/year).

Eligibility

• Permanent resident of Madhya Pradesh.
• Age: 18 to 45 years.
• Minimum 10th class pass.
• Parents must not have their own agricultural land (targeted at landless farmers’ children).
• Not an income taxpayer.
