Application Process
Offline
Obtain and submit the application form to the District Magistrate’s office. Verification follows the Uttar Pradesh Freedom Fighters and their Families Grant and Freedom Pension Rules, 1975. Final approval is granted by the Chief Minister or Departmental Minister.

Documents as specified in the 1975 Rules (pages 13-17), including proof of freedom fighter status.
