Eligibility

  • Permanent resident of Uttarakhand.
  • Belong to a minority community (Muslim, Sikh, Christian, Parsi, Buddhist, or Jain).
  • Age between 18 and 35 years.
  • Passed Class 12.
  • Enrolled in a recognized university/college/institute.
  • Annual family income not exceeding ₹2,50,000/-.
  • Repayment required within 3 years after completion of education or gaining employment.

Application Process

Offline

Application forms must be submitted to the district office by August 31. Applications are reviewed by a selection committee. Proposals are approved within the financial year’s budget limit.

Documents Required

For the Applicant:

  • Aadhaar Card and Residence Certificate
  • Minority Proof and Birth Certificate
  • Marksheet of last year and College Admission Certificate
  • Fee structure and College ID
  • Nationalized Bank Passbook
  • Affidavit (first-time loan)

For the 2 Guarantors:

  • Salary/Income Certificate and PAN card
  • Aadhaar Card, Ration Card, and Photos
  • Status certificate/report
