Eligibility

  • The applicant must be a dependent (sister or daughter) of a martyred officer or soldier.
  • The deceased officer/soldier must be a permanent resident of Madhya Pradesh.
  • The martyrdom must have occurred during war, military operation, Naxalite attack, terrorist attack, or internal security duty.

Application Process

Offline

  • Step 1: Obtain and fill application form at District Sainik Welfare Office.
  • Step 2: Attach documents including verification from Sainik Welfare Officer and Battle Casualty Report.
  • Step 3: Submit form with affidavit to District Sainik Welfare Office.
  • Step 4: Officer verifies and forwards to Directorate of Sainik Welfare, Bhopal.
  • Step 5: Amount transferred to applicant’s bank account upon approval.
