The scheme “Assistance to MSME Manufacturing Sector Participation in the Exhibition (National and International)” under the “Market Development Assistance to MSMEs” introduced by the Industries and Mines Department, Gujarat, aims to offer reimbursement for stall rent, product literature, and display materials to MSMEs participating in exhibitions at state, national, and international levels.

Benefits

Participation Limit:
– State, National, and International (Inside India) exhibitions: Maximum 5 times total.
– International (Outside India) exhibitions: Maximum 3 times total.

Note: MSMEs may avail benefits of Central Government Schemes for components not covered here. Total assistance is limited to actual expenditure.

Eligibility

• The MSME unit should be engaged in the manufacturing sector and located in Gujarat.
• The unit must be in production during the scheme’s operative period.
• Exhibitions must be organized by industry associations, federations, chambers of commerce, or Government agencies.
• International exhibitions must be approved by Ministry of MSME, ITPO, EEPC, FIEO, or SLEC.
• The MSME must apply within six months of participation.

Exclusion

Enterprises receiving assistance under this scheme cannot avail benefits from other State Government schemes for the same component/purpose.

Registration Process:

1. Step-1: Visit the Investor Facilitation Portal (IFP). Click “New Investor Registration”.
2. Step-2: Fill the form and click “Submit”.
3. Step-3: Verify E-mail ID via the link sent.

Post-Registration Process:

1. Step-1: Login to the IFP portal.
2. Step-2: Provide business details and upload mandatory documents.

Documents Required

• MSME Registration Certificate / Udyam Registration Number.
• GST Registration Certificate and PAN Card.
• Invoice and payment proof for stall rent and materials.
• Exhibition participation certificate and photographs of the stall.
• Bank details for reimbursement.
