The “Mahila Kisan Yojana” is an economic empowerment scheme by the HSFDC to provide loans to SC women for self-employment in Agriculture and Allied sectors.

Benefits

• Loan for projects with a unit cost up to ₹50,000/-.
• Margin Money at 10% of the project cost.
• Subsidy at 50% of project cost (Maximum ₹10,000/-).

Eligibility

• Applicant must be female and a resident of Haryana.
• Must belong to a Scheduled Caste.
• Must be Below Poverty Line (BPL) and present in the BPL survey list.
• Income ceiling: 50% of beneficiaries up to ₹1,50,000; balance up to ₹3,00,000/-.

Application Process

Online via SARAL Portal:

• Step 1: Visit SARAL Portal and register as a new user.
• Step 2: Login and select “View All Available Services”.
• Step 3: Search and select “Mahila Kisan Yojana”.
• Step 4: Fill the form, upload mandatory documents, and click “Submit”.
• Step 5: Print the generated Acknowledgement Receipt.
