Overview
The “Livelihood Opportunity Promotion Scheme (Scheduled Tribe)” was launched by the Social Welfare Department, Government of Uttarakhand. It aims to promote sustainable self-employment and income generation among Scheduled Tribe individuals by supporting viable livelihood projects. Financial assistance, including bank loans, is provided for projects between ₹50,000 and ₹2,00,000.

Eligibility
- Permanent resident of Uttarakhand.
- Belong to the Scheduled Tribe (ST) category.
- Age between 18 and 50 years.
- Annual family income should not exceed ₹2,50,000/-.

- Fill the form and attach mandatory self-attested documents.
- Submit to the Vikas Khand (Block Development) Office.
Selection Process
A District-Level Committee headed by the District Social Welfare Officer reviews and selects beneficiaries.
