• Cases of ejectment from land/immovable property.
• Recovery of rent or disputes regarding Khasra Girdawaris.
• Claims regarding right of way, usage, or compensation for untouchability harassment.
• Cases involving shares for Siri/Sanjhies or service reservations.

Benefits

• Financial assistance of ₹22,000/- for legal expenses.
• Reimbursement Rule: If the beneficiary recovers damages/costs from the opposing party, they must reimburse the government costs first.

Eligibility

• Permanent resident of Haryana.
• Must belong to the Scheduled Caste or Vimukat Jatis category.

• Step 04: Fill out the application form with all mandatory details and submit.
