The “Leave Travel Concession (LTC) Scheme” is implemented by the Haryana Labour Welfare Board (HLWB) for workers in industrial and commercial institutions.

Benefits

• ₹1,500/- provided as LTC once in a block of 4 years. (Blocks: 2012-15, 2016-19, 2020-23, etc.)

Eligibility

• Employed in an industrial or commercial establishment in Haryana.
• Registered with the Haryana Labour Welfare Board.
• Monthly salary must not exceed ₹18,000/-.
• Minimum service period of 5 years.
• Must not have received LTC in the current block.

Application Process

Board Registration:

• Visit Labour Department Haryana website.
• Register using Family ID (PPP) or Aadhaar.
• Verify OTP and upload photo.
• Login with generated credentials.

Applying for Benefits:

• Option 1: Through Labour Dept website: Login -> Schemes -> Select LTC Scheme -> Fill form and submit.
• Option 2: Through SARAL Portal: Login -> Apply for Services -> Search LTC Scheme -> Fetch data via PPP -> Fill mandatory details and upload documents -> Submit.
