Part of Goa’s IT Policy 2018, this scheme provides lease rental subsidies to eligible IT units.

Benefits

• Reimbursement of up to 50% of annual lease rentals for 2 years (60% if 30%+ employees are women).
• Pro-rata disbursement based on Goan employees.
• Applicable to private space or space leased from GIDC/Government.
• Maximum benefit for small units: ₹10,00,000. No cap for Mega units.

Eligibility

• New or Existing IT Unit in Goa.
• Bank accounts linked to Aadhaar.
• Only expenses after policy notification are eligible.
• Unit must be operational for one year prior to applying.

Application Process

Online via Goa Online portal:

• Register/Login and submit application under IT Services.

Documents Required

• Udyog Aadhaar, Incorporation Certificate, PAN, Aadhaar, GST.
• DPR/Business Plan for 3 years.
• Lease agreement and proof of rent payment.
• Employee details and Goan origin proof.
