Launched in 2018, this scheme provides lease rental rebates to IT units in Goa owned by the Goan Diaspora.

Benefits

• 100% reimbursement of lease rentals for the first 6 months.
• Thereafter, reimbursement of ₹35 per sq. ft. or 80% of lease rentals (whichever is lower) for up to 2 years.
• Pro-rata disbursement based on Goan employees (50% to 100% of the incentive).

Eligibility

• New/Existing unit in Goa owned by Goan Diaspora (majority stake).
• Minimum 15 employees; 60% must be of Goan origin.
• Unit and employees must be operational/on rolls for at least one year.
• Registered in Goa.

Application Process

Online via Goa Online portal:

• Register, login, and apply under IT Services.
• Disbursement timeline is roughly 90 days from application.

• Incorporation certificate, PAN, Aadhaar, GST.
• Lease deed and proof of rent payment.
• Occupancy certificate.
• Details of Goan employees.
• Udyog Aadhaar.
