Launched in 2018 by the Department of IT, Goa, this scheme provides rebates for purchasing land or built-up space for IT operations.

Benefits

• Land Rebate: ₹40,000 per male employee (₹50,000 per female employee) up to 60% of land cost. Max ₹1,50,00,000.
• Built-Up Rebate: Up to 20% of the cost. Max ₹1,00,00,000.
• Note: Pro-rata disbursement based on Goan employees: Upto 30%: 50% rebate; 30-60%: 75% rebate; Over 60%: 100% rebate.

Eligibility

• New and Existing IT units in Goa (Proprietorship, Co, LLP, etc.).
• Aadhaar linked bank accounts.
• Production of Udyog Aadhaar.
• Unit must have operated from the space for over one year.
• Employees must be on rolls for minimum one year.

Application Process

Online via Goa Online portal:

• Step 1: Register on Goa Online.
• Step 2: Login and navigate to “IT Services” -> Scheme Name.
• Step 3: Fill form, upload documents, and submit.

Documents Required

• Incorporation Certificate, PAN, Aadhaar, GST.
• 3-year business plan/DPR.
• Proof of employment/PF details.
• Sale Deed for Land/Built-up space.
• Nil encumbrance certificate and Bank Guarantee.
