The “Laghu Vyavassay Scheme” is an economic empowerment initiative by the Haryana Scheduled Castes Finance and Development Corporation (HSFDC) to help SC individuals start income-generating activities.

Benefits

• Loan for economic development projects with a unit cost up to ₹2,00,000/-.
• Margin Money provided at 10% of the project cost.
• Subsidy provided at 50% of the total project cost (maximum ₹10,000/-).

Eligibility

• Permanent resident of Haryana belonging to a Scheduled Caste.
• Age between 18 and 45 years.
• Income ceiling: 50% of beneficiaries must have income up to ₹1,50,000; the remaining 50% can have income up to ₹3,00,000/-.

Application Process

Online via SARAL Portal:

• Step 1: Visit Antyodaya SARAL Portal and register as a new user.
• Step 2: Login with ID and Password.
• Step 3: Click “Apply for Service” and search for Laghu Vyavassay Scheme.
• Step 4: Fill the application form and tick ‘Self-Declaration’.
• Step 5: Upload mandatory documents (Annexures) and click ‘Save Annexure’.
• Step 6: Final Submit and print the acknowledgement receipt.

• Status: Track on SARAL portal using Reference ID.
• SMS: Send “SARAL <Application ID>” to 7738299899.
