Ladli Lakshmi Yojana has been implemented in Madhya Pradesh with the objective of creating positive thinking in public towards the birth of girl child, improvement in sex ratio, improvement in educational level, health condition of girls and laying the foundation stone for their good future. The state government provides financial assistance for the education and marriage of the daughter.

Benefits

  • Assurance certificate of ₹1,43,000/- issued in the name of the girl child.
  • ₹6,000/- deposited annually for 5 years (Total ₹30,000/-).
  • Admission to class 6th: ₹2,000/-
  • Admission to class 9th: ₹4,000/-
  • Admission to class 11th: ₹6,000/-
  • Admission to class 12th: ₹6,000/-
  • Incentive for graduation/professional course: ₹25,000/- in two installments.
  • Final payment: ₹1,00,000/- on completion of 21 years (on appearing in class 12th exam and marriage).

Eligibility

Normal Cases:

  • Born on or after January 1, 2006.
  • Registered in local Anganwadi center.
  • Parents are natives of MP and non-taxpayers.
  • Family planning adopted after 2nd child.

Special Cases:

  • Orphans, children of women prisoners, or rape victims are also covered.
  • Orphanages must apply within 1 year of admission.

  • 1. Visit official portal and click “Apply Now”.
  • 2. Provide Self Declaration and enter Samagra ID of girl and family.
  • 3. Provide required details and submit.

Documents Required

  • Girl Child’s Samagra ID.
  • Family ID.
  • Photo of girl child with parents.
  • Family planning certificate (for 2nd child).

Note: Formats allowed include jpg, jpeg, png, gif (40 KB to 200 KB).
