The Kisan Kaleva Scheme, initiated by the Rajasthan Government’s Agriculture Department, provides nutritious food at concessional rates through coupons to farmers and their assistants selling crops in vegetable market (mandi) premises. This ensures access to affordable meals during market visits.

Benefits

• Meal Cost: ₹5/- per plate.
• Menu: 8 chapatis (250g flour), 1 bowl of dal (125g), 1 bowl of vegetables (125g).
• Seasonal Extras: 50g jaggery (Oct to March) or 200ml buttermilk (April to Sept).

Eligibility

• Farmers coming to sell agricultural commodities in the mandi.
• Hamal, Palledar, or Tulara (laborers) working in market premises.
• Applicant should be a member or license holder of the market.

Application Process

Official Portal: https://sso.rajasthan.gov.in/register

1. Register and login to the SSO portal.
2. Click on “RAJ-KISAN”.
3. Under “Farmer”, select “Application Entry Request”.
4. Enter Bhamashah ID or Janaadhaar ID and select the scheme.
5. Complete authentication and submit the required details.

Coupon Issuance: Once the coupon code is issued, it is provided to the Kaleva operator. After verification on the system, the person receives the meal at the ₹5/- rate.
– Farmers are issued max 2 coupons per entry card.
– License holders are issued 1 coupon per license number.
– Coupons are valid for 24 hours.
