The Khilaadee Protsaahan Yojana, a scheme of the Madhya Pradesh Building Department under the Labor Department, provides financial assistance to registered construction workers or their family members under the MP Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board who have excelled in sports.

Benefits

On selection at various levels, incentive amount is payable as follows:

  • At District Level: ₹10,000/- (Category A – Selection) or ₹5,000/- (Category B – Winner)
  • At Division Level: ₹25,000/- (Category A – Selection) or ₹15,000/- (Category B – Winner)
  • At State Level: ₹25,000/- (Category A – Selection) or ₹30,000/- (Category B – Winner)

Note: Category A represents incentive on selection; Category B represents incentive for winners.

Eligibility

  • The applicant should be a native of Madhya Pradesh.
  • Family members registered under MP Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board.
  • The applicant should have a bank account.

Application Process

Offline

For Category-A awards: Applications must be submitted in the prescribed format, along with a certificate issued by the District Superintendent of Police or the District Sports Officer, to the Commissioner/Chief Municipal Officer (Urban) or Chief Executive Officer, Janpad Panchayat.

For Category-B awards: The incentive amount for the winner of the sports competition organized by the division will be provided by the organizing Labor Department officer.
