The “Kanyadaan Scheme” is implemented by the HBOCWWB to provide financial assistance to registered construction workers on the occasion of the marriage of their daughters (up to three daughters).

Benefits

• ₹51,000/- as Kanyadaan for the daughter’s marriage.
• Note: Additional financial assistance of ₹50,000/- is available for marriage arrangements (requires separate application). Total assistance can reach ₹1,01,000/-.

Eligibility

• Registered with Haryana Building & Other Construction Workers Welfare Board.
• Minimum one year of regular membership.
• Worked for at least 90 days in the preceding twelve months.
• Paid up-to-date contributions.
• Benefit applies to up to three daughters.
• Documents must be submitted within one year of the marriage.

Application Process

Worker Registration (HBOCWWB):

• Visit Labour Department Haryana website.
• Register using Parivar Pehchan Patra (PPP) and Aadhaar verification.
• Pay registration fee and add 90 days of work experience.

Apply for Benefit (Antyodaya-SARAL):

• Step 01: Visit the SARAL Portal.
• Step 02: Register as a new user if not already registered.
• Step 03: Login and search for “Kanyadaan Scheme”.
• Step 04: Fill in the online form and upload required certificates.
• Step 05: Submit the application.

• For Board Registration: Aadhaar, Photo, Work experience certificate, Residence proof, Bank details, Family ID.
• For Scheme Benefits: ID Card of Worker, Daughter’s Marriage Registration Certificate, Undertaking/Self-Declaration.
