The “Kala Utsav Pratiyogita” scheme is implemented under the Samagra Shiksha Programme by the Secondary Education Department, Government of Uttarakhand. The scheme aims to promote and encourage artistic talent among school students of Classes 9 to 12.
Benefits
Successful participants at the state level represent Uttarakhand at the National Level Kala Utsav Pratiyogita in New Delhi. In 2023-24, 20 students participated in 10 categories across boys’ and girls’ groups.
