The scheme “Integrated Child Development Services” is implemented by the Department of Women Empowerment & Child Development, Government of Uttarakhand. The scheme aims to improve the nutritional and health status of all children aged 6 months to 6 years, along with pregnant women and lactating mothers.

Benefits

Services provided free of cost through Anganwadi Centres:

  • 6 months to 3 years: Supplementary nutrition and immunisation.
  • 3 to 6 years: Immunisation, pre-school education, and freshly cooked meals.
  • Pregnant/Lactating Mothers: Health check-ups, nutrition, and health education.
  • Take Home Ration (THR): Wheat and fortified rice provided monthly to eligible categories.

Eligibility

  • Resident of Uttarakhand.
  • Children 6 months to 6 years, pregnant women, and lactating mothers.
  • No income limit.

Application Process

Offline

Registration is done by the local Anganwadi worker or by visiting the nearest Centre. Beneficiary details are registered on the Poshan Tracker app. Aadhaar is mandatory for registration.

  • Copy of Aadhaar Card (woman or child)
  • Birth certificate of child
