- Login to SSO, select “IFMS-RAJSSP”.
- Click “Apply for Scheme”, fill relevant details, and submit.
- Form is free of cost.

- Jan Aadhar/Bhamashah Card Copy
- Passport size photo.
- Bank passbook front page copy.
