The “Green Business Scheme” is implemented by the Haryana Scheduled Castes Finance and Development Corporation (HSCFDC) in collaboration with the National Safai Karamcharis Finance and Development Corporation (NSFDC). Under this scheme, loans of up to ₹2.00 lakhs are provided to Scheduled Caste residents of Haryana for undertaking income-generating activities such as e-rickshaws, compressed air vehicles, solar energy gadgets, polyhouses, and similar ventures.

Benefits

• Loan for economic development schemes with unit cost up to ₹2,00,000/-.
• The Corporation provides margin money @10% of the project cost.
• A subsidy of 50% of the total project cost is provided, with a maximum subsidy of ₹10,000/-.

Eligibility

• Permanent resident of Haryana.
• Age between 18 to 45 years.
• Belong to the Scheduled Caste category.
• Annual family income up to ₹3,00,000/- (with at least 50% of beneficiaries below ₹1,50,000/-).

Application Process

Online via Antyodaya-SARAL Portal:

Step 1: Visit the Antyodaya-SARAL Portal.
Step 2: Register as a New User and verify OTP.
Step 3: Log in and click on “Apply for Services”.
Step 4: Select the scheme and fill in the application form.
Step 5: Submit the form.
