The scheme “Grant for Purchase of Tools (HBOCWWB)” was launched by the Haryana Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board (HBOCWWB), Labour Department Haryana. Under the scheme, a grant of ₹8,000/- is given to the registered construction workers to buy new and suitable tool kits once in 3 years.

Eligibility

• The worker should be registered under HBOCWWB.
• The registered worker should have minimum one-year regular membership.

Application Process

Online Registration (HBOCWWB):

Step 01: Visit the Labour Department Haryana website.
Step 02: Click on “Building & Ors Const. Workers Welfare Board”.
Step 03: Tick acknowledgment and submit.
Step 04: Verification using Family ID (PPP).
Step 05: Aadhaar Verification.
Step 06: Fill out the registration form.
Step 08: Pay registration fee and add 90 days of work experience for the preceding year.

Apply for Scheme (Antyodaya-SARAL):

Step 01: Visit the Antyodaya-SARAL Portal.
Step 02: Register/Login.
Step 03: Search for “Grant for Purchase of Tools” and apply.
Step 04: Fill in details and submit application.
