Eligibility

• The applicant should be a breeder or livestock farmer with Indian high-breed cattle.
• The applicant should have access to advanced breed cows.

Application Process (Offline)

1. Connect to the Office of the Chief Executive Officer District Panchayat for the form.
2. Fill mandatory fields and attach self-attested documents.
3. Submit within the prescribed period.
4. Obtain an acknowledgement receipt with a unique ID.
