Step 1: Submit proposal addressed to the Director, Directorate of Women And Child Development, Panaji.
Step 2: For Panchayats, the Secretary signs with a body resolution and BDO recommendation.
Step 3: For Municipalities, the Chief Executive signs with a body resolution.
Deadline: Application must be submitted within six months of the start of the financial year.
Documents showing the activities of the Child Committee (meeting minutes, issue resolutions, etc.).
