Eligibility

  • Non-mega industry providing logistics services in Goa.
  • Continuous operations for six months.
  • Minimum 40% local employment (Benefit: 100% if Goan employment is 60%+; 80% if between 40-60%).
  • PAN holder and regular IT return filer.
  • Apply only after acquiring the certification.

Exclusion

Costs for travel, food, and lodging are excluded. Not applicable if similar benefits were claimed from Central or State programs.

Application Process

Online
Step 1: Register/Login on Goa Online portal.
Step 2: Submit application with QMS invoices and certificates.
Step 3: DITC verifies documents and conducts site inspection (inspectors check for displayed certificates).
Step 4: IRC reviews and sanctions within 90 days.

  • CA Certificate of Expenditure (Original).
