Description

This scheme provides a percentage-based subsidy on fixed capital invested in assets (excluding land and vehicles) for logistics and warehousing entities in Goa.

Benefits

Standard Projects
10% of fixed capital, capped at ₹25,00,000 per year.

Special Category Projects
(Backward Talukas, Women, SC/ST entrepreneurs): 15% of fixed capital, capped at ₹50,00,000 per year.

Eligibility

  • Non-mega projects (Investment < ₹100 Cr).
  • Must provide Logistics and Warehousing services in Goa.
  • PAN holder with regular IT filings.
  • Continuous operations for 6 months post-notification.
  • Minimum 40% local employment.
  • Must meet land area requirements (1 Acre for Parks/ICDs; 1,000 sqm for Warehouses; 200 sqm for Cold Storage).

Exclusions

Cost of land, DG sets, transformers, motor vehicles, office furniture, ICT equipment for office use, and second-hand machinery are not computable for this subsidy.

Application Process

Online
Step 1: Register on Goa Online portal.
Step 2: Fill specific application (Annexure II) for fixed capital subsidy.
Step 3: Upload invoices for building, machinery, and equipment.
Step 4: DITC and IRC verify and sanction claims within 90 days.

  • Detailed Project Report (DPR).
  • Statement of accounts for purchase of assets.
  • CA certified details of shareholding (for women).
  • Bills and invoices for civil works and machinery.
  • Power release certificate and Land conversion documents.
  • Payroll and GST details.
