- Registered with GBOCWWB.

- Must hold a valid three-wheeler license.
Application Process
Offline:
- Step 1: Visit the nearest GBOCWWB district office.
- Step 2: Submit form with documents to the District Nirikshak.
- Step 3: Approval flows from District to Head Office (Accounts Officer and Member Secretary).
