Overview

The “Gadiya Lohar Maharana Pratap Bhawan Nirman Yojana” by the Social Justice and Empowerment Department provides ₹1,20,000/- in three installments to Gadiya Lohar families for building permanent houses and ensuring settlement.

• Provide permanent houses to Gadiya Lohar families.
• Financial assistance in three installments.
• Promote social and economic integration.

Benefits

Financial Assistance of ₹1,20,000/- per beneficiary:

• First Installment: ₹40,000/- after land ownership verification.
• Second Installment: ₹40,000/- after construction progress verification.
• Third Installment: ₹40,000/- upon completion and utilization proof.

Note: Construction must finish within one year. House cannot be sold or transferred for 20 years.

Eligibility

• Native of Rajasthan and Gadiya Lohar community.
• Own a plot for construction.
• Must not own any other house in the state.

• Step 1: Visit District Social Welfare Office for application form.
• Step 2: Fill form and attach mandatory documents.
• Step 3: Submit to the office.
• Step 4: Request a unique ID receipt.

Documents Required

• 1st Installment: Identity proof, Caste Cert, Proof of Land (Patta/Title), Domicile, Bank details, ₹10 stamp paper declaration.
• 2nd Installment: Construction Progress Report.
• Final Installment: Utilization Certificate.
