The “Funeral Assistance Scheme” provides financial assistance to the heirs of deceased construction workers registered with the Gujarat Building and Other Construction Worker’s Welfare Board (GBOCWWB).

Benefits

Financial assistance of ₹10,000/- given to the legal heirs.

Eligibility

• Applicant must be a legal heir of the deceased worker.
• The deceased must have been a registered construction worker with GBOCWWB.
• Death must have occurred during ongoing membership.

Application Process

Offline/Portal Procedure:

• Step 01: Register on Sanman Portal (https://sanman.gujarat.gov.in/).
• Step 02: Enter Aadhaar of the worker and heir details.
• Step 03: Login and select the scheme.
• Step 04: Fill form and upload documents.

• Death certificate
• Self-Declaration Certificate (Affidavit)
• Inheritance Certificate
• Bank passbook and Ration card
