- Applicant must be an heir of a deceased e-Shram card holder.
- Must apply within 3 months of death.
- Deceased age at death: 16 to 70 years.
- Annual income limit: ₹1,20,000 (Rural) / ₹1,50,000 (Urban).
- Excludes construction workers (e-Nirman card holders) and SC individuals.

- Unmarried/Widowed/Abandoned sisters

Application Process
Offline:
- Step 1: Obtain “Annexure-1” from government labour offices.
- Step 2: Submit filled form with documents to the Assistant/Deputy Labour Commissioner.
- Step 3: Verification within 10 days; disbursement via DBT after approval.
