Application Process
Offline
Step 1: Download form from Department of Labour website or visit the Commissioner’s office in Panaji.
Step 2: Fill form and attach self-attested documents.
Step 3: Submit to the Office of the Commissioner, Labour & Employment, Patto Plaza, Panaji.

- Worker Registration Card/Number.
- Receipt of First & Last Subscription.
- Death Certificate of the Worker.
- Relationship proof document.
- Builder/Inspector certificate (for unregistered workers).
