The “Full Medical Checkup Assistance Scheme” aims to conduct health check-ups for male workers above 45 and female workers above 35 years of age working in the organized sector in Gujarat.

Benefits

Comprehensive health check-up once a year. Fixed amount of ₹1,950/- per worker; 25% (₹487.50) is paid by the organization/company.

Eligibility

• Labour Welfare Fund must be paid regularly for the last one year.
• Males: Above 45 years; Females: Above 35 years.
• Medical examination must be done within 30 days of in-principle approval.
• Fees paid under this scheme are non-refundable.

Application Process

• Step 01: Register on Sanman Portal using Aadhaar and Labour Welfare Fund Account Number.
• Step 02: Fetch details and create password.
• Step 03: Login, select the scheme, and fill the application form.
• Step 04: Upload required documents and submit.
