The scheme “Free Travelling Facility” is implemented by the Haryana Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board (HBOCWWB), Labour Department, Government of Haryana. Under this scheme, the amount spent by registered workers and 4 family members for visiting famous religious/historical places once in four years will be paid at the rates prescribed by Haryana Roadways (ordinary fare) or actual railway fare (Second Class).
Under this scheme, free travelling facility is provided to the registered construction workers along with 4 family members to visit religious/historical places once in four years. The actual fare incurred by the beneficiary is paid at the rates prescribed by Haryana Roadways (ordinary fare) or actual railway fare (Second Class).
Step 01: Visit the Official Website of the Labour Department Haryana.
Step 02: Click on the “Building & Ors Const. Workers Welfare Board” link.
Step 03: Read instructions, tick acknowledgment, and click “Submit”.
Step 04: Verification using Family ID (PPP). Fetch family details and verify via OTP.
Step 05: Aadhaar Verification.
Step 06: Fill out the registration form and submit.
Step 08: Pay the registration fee and add work experience of minimum 90 days.
Step 10: Benefits can be availed once the 90 days’ work experience is approved.
Step 01: Visit the Antyodaya-SARAL Portal.
Step 02: Register as a new user if not already registered.
Step 03: Log in using credentials.
Step 04: Select the scheme and click on “Apply for Service/Scheme”.
Step 05: Fill in the online application form and submit.
For Registration: Aadhaar Card, Voter Card, Photograph, Work experience document, Proof of Residence, Ration Card, Bank details, Caste Certificate, PPP (Family ID).
For Scheme Benefits: ID Card of Worker, Original Travelling Ticket, Undertaking by applicant.
