Overview

The “Free Bicycle Distribution Scheme” was launched by the Social Justice and Empowerment Department, Government of Rajasthan, for students belonging to the Denotified Tribes, Nomadic and Semi-Nomadic Tribes. Bicycles are distributed to students in Class 6 to 11 in government and recognized private schools to facilitate commuting.

Benefits

• Free bicycle distribution for classes 6th to 11th.
• Equal distribution (50% boys and 50% girls).

Eligibility

• Native of Rajasthan.
• Belong to notified Denotified (9), Nomadic (10), or Semi-Nomadic (13) Tribes (total 32 communities).
• Studying in 6th to 11th class in RBSE affiliated government or recognized private schools.
• Secured 60% or more marks in previous academic year.
• One-time benefit only.

Application Process

• Step 1: Contact respective school.
• Step 2: Submit self-attested documents to school.
• Step 3: Process managed by Principal through Shaladarpan Beneficiary module.
• Step 4: School logs into Shala Darpan to submit form.
• Step 5: Institution forwards to District Education Officer.

Post-Application: DEO forwards verified applications to Directorate of Secondary Education, Bikaner for final distribution.
