The scheme “Financial Assistance to Workers with a Visually, Physically or Mentally Disabled Child” provides support to children of registered workers in Haryana with 70% to 100% disability.

Benefits

• ₹20,000/- per year for disability between 70% and 90%.
• ₹30,000/- per year for disability between 91% and 100%.

Eligibility

• Employed in industrial/commercial establishment in Haryana and registered with HLWB.
• Child must have 70% to 100% disability (blind, mentally retarded, mute, or deaf).
• Child must be dependent (name in ESI/Ration card).
• Child must be unmarried and have no source of income.

Application Process

• Step 01: Register on the Labour Department Haryana website.
• Step 02: Login using PPP Family ID.
• Step 03: Search for the Disabled Child scheme under ‘Schemes’.
• Step 04: Upload Medical Certificate and self-undertaking.
• Note: Living certificate of the child must be submitted annually.
